Please remember to include any additional setup time that might be needed to prepare the Fellowship Hall for your event. If you have an event from 3:00-4:00 PM, then your start time would be 2:30 PM.
Please remember to allow additional time to clean up and place all items back where they were originally located. If you have an event from 3:00-4:00 PM, then your end time would probably need to be at least 4:30 PM to allow 30 minutes cleanup time.
